Description

SG2 CSJ-50 welding wire is a versatile solid wire for MIG/MAG welding of unalloyed and low-alloy steels. Designed to achieve a stable arc, good weld pool control, and aesthetically pleasing welds with appropriate mechanical properties. CSJ-50 wire is suitable for a wide range of applications, including automotive bodywork, gate and fence production, hobby work, and general workshop tasks. It is also used in the mechanical engineering, metalworking, chemical and petrochemical industries, pipe production, construction, and the manufacture of equipment and structural components. The wire meets the requirements of the G3Si1 standard according to DIN EN ISO 14341-A and the AWS A5.18 ER70S-6 classification. It can be used with either Ar/CO2 shielding gas mixtures or pure CO2. It is offered in precision wound on metal or plastic spools, ensuring consistent wire feeding and a stable welding process.
